Antoine M. Ensley Sr., Founder/President, specializes in workforce planning and management consulting and executive search. He has over 25 years of experience in government, public safety, human services, human resources and supply chain management. Mr. Ensley has held mid-level to senior administrative positions in organizations ranging in size of less than 100 employees to over 8,000.
Mr. Ensley’s expansive and diverse operations and consulting experiences includes performance improvement, organizational development, change management, organizational diagnosis, leadership development, strategic planning, team building, and conflict resolution. Some of his public and private sector leadership roles include Chief of Police, Superintendent of Juvenile Justice, HR Division Manager, Supply Chain Operations Manager and Consultant.International activities include personal workforce development and planning design partnerships with “Not Ordinary Design"in Johannesburg South Africa. Mr. Ensley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Business Administration with a specialty in Organizational Leadership from Pfeiffer University, Charlotte North Carolina. He has extensive training in government administration from UNC Chapel Hill and the FBI National Academy. He hold an active Senior Professional Human Resources credential, Certified Workforce Development Professional credential and certified diversity recruiter. He has taught college courses at technical institutions and historical black colleges and universities.
